Every home in the Town of Paradise Valley, AZ requires this license to operate a short-term rental.

OWNERS' duties to comply:

1. Read the Health and Safety Requirements. Most of these we already do as a general practice, with the exception of a landline.

2. Apply for the license.

3. Send us a copy of the license to post in the house.

MOSTESS duties to comply:

1. Verify all requirements are fulfilled in the list of Health and Safety Requirements.

2. Post copy of license in house

3. Post license number in listing.
